[Systrace] Systrace 1.6c + Systrace.org redesign

Hello everyone,

the initial Systrace 1.6: Phoenix release worked fine on 2.6.x kernels
but many had problems to get it work with 2.4.x kernels.  After a
couple weeks and several more fixes,  I finally released a new version
which you can get at:

I also made two Debian packages available

  http://www.citi.umich.edu/u/provos/systrace/xsystrace_0.1_i386.deb

The new version should hopefully run on all Linux kernels.  Ptrace was
behaving quite differently on 2.4 and it took a while to figure out
all the subtleties.

Last but not least, Systrace.org got a face list and allows you to
comment on News etc.
