[Libevent-users] Build libevent-1.2a on cygwin

Hi:

  I faced problem compiling libevent-1.2a on cygwin. Mainly cygwin's header
for struct addrinfo and getaddrinfo(), etc are not in the standard
/usr/include but in /usr/include/w32api/. As I do not know configure, anyone
has fixed it?
