[Libevent-users] libevent-1.3 released

Hi everyone,

I just released libevent-1.3.  It contains a ton of changes:

 - DNS server from Nick Mathewson
 - DNS IPv6 from Nick Mathewson
 - HTTP/1.1 chunked transfer encoding from Dug Song
 - a ton of other small changes
