I mean the value of NumberOfConcurrentThreads* *when invoke
CreateIoCompletionPort.
What's the value for it?

Thanks a lot. If you can reproduce it, please let me known. I'll try to
reproduce it when some box are available at at hands. I suspect this types
of CPU affinity is non-sense since it could badly hurt the performance.
