I know it's not a standard CD (or a SuperAudio CD), it requires a DVD player and a 5.1 capable receiver. I've played them on my home theatre to great effect! <br><br>So the next logical format is DVD Audio (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD_Audio" target="_blank">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD_Audio</a>). A standard DVD player should recognize it. Coincidently the Xbox360 does not.<br> <br>Maybe Dave at Ear-Rational knows the answer?<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Tue, Feb 26, 2008 at 3:37 PM, <<a href="mailto:info@prike.com" target="_blank" _onclick="Popup.composeWindow('pcompose.php?sendto=info%40prike.com');; return false;">info@prike.com</a>> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="border-left: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); margin: 0pt 0pt 0pt 0.8ex; padding-left: 1ex;"> <div>My Playstation 3 reads Outland 5 DTS version as a CD-audio, not DVD. However i only get a white noise when i try to make a playback on my stereo system, there is no ''dow

Anyway it would be pointless to listen a DTS cd in stereo..<br> <br>aevus.<div><div></div><div class="Wj3C7c"><br><br> <blockquote style="border-left: 2px solid blue; margin-left: 8px; padding-left: 8px;"> -------- Original Message --------<br> Subject: Re: (fax) DTS CDs<br> From: <a href="mailto:odn07039@odn.de" _onclick="Popup.composeWindow('pcompose.php?sendto=odn07039%40odn.de');; return false;" target="_blank">odn07039@odn.de</a><br> Date: Tue, February 26, 2008 2:48 pm<br> To: <a href="mailto:faxlist@2350.org" _onclick="Popup.composeWindow('pcompose.php?sendto=faxlist%402350.org');; return false;" target="_blank">faxlist@2350.org</a><br> <br> My Sony DVD-player can apparently play DTS discs (it has DTS letters on the<br> frontside), but since I still have no proper 5.1 amplifier it doesn't help much. <br> siggy<br> <br> Quoting Graham Banting <<a href="http://email.secureserver.net/pcompose.php#Compose" target="_blank">gbanting<b></b
