I still haven't had a lot of time to go back for multiple listens on these,
BUT...The Raumland discs I am enjoying quite a bit...as I probably mentioned
before, they enticed me to go back to the rest of the Namlook/Move D catalog
again. I had stopped maybe 7 or 8 discs into the series as they really
weren't working for me. But I've found a new appreciation for the whole
friggin batch. The one's I hadn't heard and the one's I had. It's turned
into some of my more favorite FAX listening lately.
Silk I really want to make an effort to be able to devote a serious listen
to again. I loved the first track (I'm a sucker for Arabic and Arabic
influenced music when done well) but the album seemed to bore me by the end.
It didn't sustain the interest the first track had for me. Hopefully I'll be
able to give it another proper listen this week.
