Some center channels have an angled base option (like my Polk) that
would allow you to easily have it on the floor slightly angled up or
mount from the ceiling slightly angled down.  The main thing is to have
the tweets aiming to your head position.  Although, even if you can't
achieve precisely that, it'll still be good with it somewhere close.
