(fax) 2350 Broadway 4...wow

well, I purchased 2350 Broadway 4....and I find it rather typical. Nothing 
at all unique about it, and to me-- overrated. Sorry to be negative, but 
this is my opinion. Not bad, but done plenty of times before.
