He's registered in the US, lists his auctions on the UK site, and says the
item location is EU, Germany.

That seems odd, but I suppose he could be selling for someone located
elsewhere.

Certainly the rip off of CUE Records stuff is weird, but it could just be that
he grabbed all the text and doesn't know what it means.

I guess CUE Records could complain to ebay, but there's nothing I can complain
about.
