(fax) "back up" copies and ebay

I'm partly (mostly?) on your side here, but like Brian said, it's easy
to have a momentary lapse of sanity and "accidentally" do something
stupid like list a "backup" or "bootleg".  Do we NARU a 1295/100'er just
because of that?  Like everyone here agrees, it's tough to recover from
just that one mistake with ebay's instantly-guilty policy.

I'm not apologizing for the guy if he is being shady, but I'd hope that
if one day someone accuses (justified or not) me of something on ebay
that I'd get at least one shot to make it right before being NARU'd.
