(fax) "back up" copies and ebay

Sorry, but I have to say the following

- a seller does not get 1295/100% feedback by having listings that are
ambiguous

- "back up" copies do not mean spare copies...if they really are spares, then
he would write "unplayed" or "played only a few times" or something of the
sort

- if they really are spares, why no artwork?

- if they really are real CDs, why mention the sound quality?

I know some of you think I jumped the gun by reporting him, but this one
smells way too rotten for me to feel like what I did was out of line. A
seller with 1295 feedback should be able to write a listing that clearly
states what he or she is selling...
