thanks for that brian, the insurer accepts that the cd's are beyond saving so they've asked me to put a replacement value on each one, which is where i'm finding it difficult. it's quite easy to put a value on 'corduroy road' by goldmund for example, as it's still freely available and it's easy to provide info to corroborate the price (i.e. send them a link to an online store with it). it's slightly more difficult with something like 'organic cloud' or ''62 eulengasse' however...
