(fax) Ambient DJ cartoon

I remember I once had a cartoon-booklet on "how to be an ambient dj" 
that came with a Fax cd... It was made by Charles Uzzel-Edwards, I 
think. Unfortunately I lost it years ago.
Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Which release did it come with?
And more importantly, could anyone please scan it for me, or maybe put 
it on their website for all faxheads to see? :)
