Just put Deep Blue Day on repeat. The kid will be asleep in
minutes...always works for me.

Oh, in addition, my wife and I are expecting our first
child. So we're going through our collection of CDs
and figuring out which ones might work as background
lullaby type music.
Ambiant Otaku made the cut, but so far no other Fax
CDs. In my wife's words, "It works fine - really
boring, but OK." Sacrilege! :-)
Outland was too "scary", as she put it, and Dreamfish
2 had too many odd and distracting noises (though I
like it myself). I didn't even try Dreamfish 1
because of the vocal samples. I think Organic Cloud
has a few too many dark moments to work.
I don't have the Y&T releases so I don't know if they
would work.
Eno's Shutov Assembly works, though, in case you're
wondering. Most of the others that work are acoustic
guitar and harp and non-Fax stuff like that.
